- General regulations These Buying – selling rules (further – „Rules“) are juridical obligatory document, which determines Buyer (further – „You“) and Seller (further – „We“) rights, duties and responsabilities during the purchasing goods from online shop (further – „e-shop“).
- The concluding of Buying – Selling agreement
- The agreement between You and Us is considered to be concluded, when You in e-shop have being formed the cart with the goods and pushed the button „Order“ and receive from Us a message by e-mail or tel. that Your order is being accepted. Each agreement between You and Us is being registered and saved in Our e-shop data base.
- Rights and Responsibilities
- 1. You have the right: You have the right to buy the goods in this e-shop, following the determined order of the those rules and e-shop. You have the right to cancel the buying-selling agreement with e-shop, first informing Us in writing before 14 days from the day of the delivery goods.
2. You are responsible: You have to take the ordered goods and to pay the indicated amount. You are obliged not to transmit to any of the third parties Your own identification code. If You loose Your identification code, You have to immediately inform Us by e-mail or tel. indicated in „Contacts„ . If Your submitted registration references have changed, You have to renew them immediately. You, agree with the rules of this buying-selling agreement and have to follow them, as well as not to break the law of Republic of Lithuania.
3. We have the right: If the Buyer tries to damage the work or stability of e-shop process, We have the right without any prior warning to limit or stop the possibility to use e-shop or even as execption we have the right to anulate Buyers registration. Due to important reasons arised, We have the right, to stop temporarily or at all the e-shop activity without any prior notice. On our own intiative, We have the right to change these rules partly or at all as well as the e-shop working conditions.
4. We are responsible: Following the determined conditions in these Rules, to grant You a possibility to use this e-shop. To deliver the ordered goods to Your indicated address within the confirmed terms. To respect Your privacy rights to Your privat information, which is indicated in a form of e-shop. - Responsibility
- You are totally responsible for the correct details indicated in the form. If You have indicated wrong or not exact details in the form, We don`t bare the responsibility for the arised consequences. You are responsible for the actions made, while making any steps in e-shop. You are responsible for the transmition of indentification code to any of the third parties. If, the third party is using Your indentification code, then You are responsible for their made actions. We are not responsible for any other information appeared in other companies web sites, even if You get to those pages through the links of our e-shop.
- The information supply
- We are sending all the messages only to the address You indicated in the registration form. You are sending all messages and questions to the indicated address or e-mail in our e-shop`s sector „Contacts“.
- Final regulations
- There is applied the law of Republic of Lithuania to all points of these rules. All disputes arised due to management of these rules are being considered in the way of negotiations. In case of not succeded to come to agreement, the disputes are being carried following the determined law of the Republic of Lithuania.
