Loose Fringe for a Relaxed Linen Look
The fringe is created at the edge of the linen fabric instead of using a traditional folded hem. This gives the napkin a softer and less formal character while keeping the construction simple.
Examples in the current collection include ALBA and MANTIS napkins with a 1.5 cm loose fringe. These designs are made from 100% linen and specially washed for a softer hand.
Sizes, Weight and Decorative Seams
Current fringed designs include sizes such as 33 × 33 cm, 34 × 34 cm, 43 × 43 cm, 45 × 45 cm and 46 × 46 cm, depending on the product.
Selected styles use fabric around 210 g/m². Some ALBA napkins also combine the fringe with a contrasting decorative seam.
Made in Lithuania
The fabric is woven and the finished napkins are sewn in Lithuania by AB “Siūlas” in Biržai.
