The specified period begins from the day the goods are received and ends on the day we receive your written cancellation notice. For the cancellation to be legally valid, it is sufficient to inform us in writing within the given timeframe about your decision and the reasons why you wish to exchange the item or cancel the order entirely. Returned or exchanged items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original commercial appearance.

Custom-made items (produced to individual order) cannot be returned or exchanged.
