WHICH COUNTRIES DOES LINEN FASHION SHIP TO?
We accept orders from and deliver to all countries worldwide!
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For delivery of goods we use DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS (depending on the country). You will see the shipping costs at your “Checkout” stage after you enter a shipping address. If your order exceeds 300€ or 350$ (dollar amount can be slightly different because of the dollar cross-rate), you will not be required to pay shipping costs. The delivery section will automatically be marked as “Free delivery”. This applies to customers from all countries.
Shipping to Europe countries:
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOM AND IMPORT DUTIES?
The pickup transport is already paid for, but if you live outside EU, you have to pay local customs and VAT. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. The recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Unfortunately, Linen Fashion has no control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot tell you what the cost would be. If you are in doubt over these charges contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We always try to process orders as quickly as possible. After receiving an order, we immediately check the details of that order and send you a confirmation letter. Our general rule of thumb is that delivery from our warehouse to one of our delivery companies (DPD, DHL, FedEx and UPS) takes 3 workdays after we receive the order and payment. In case the selected item is not available at the moment or we have not enough quantity of it, we would produce and send your items to a Delivery Company within 5 workdays after the payment is received. The delivery time is about 4-5 workdays depends on the country where the order should be delivered. Also it is important to know that DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS will deliver your products directly to your door. They will make three attempts to deliver the package to you. If they are unable to deliver the package to you then it will be held at DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS facility for 5 more days before being returned to the sender. The cost for uncollected packages is EUR 40. Therefore, please follow your tracking number on the DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS website as soon as your order is shipped. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS are held fully responsible for the packages. HOW CAN I TRACK MY CONSIGNMENT?
You’ll receive an email with the dispatch confirmation as soon as your order has left our warehouse. The status of your order as well as the tracking number can be requested from our customer service department at any time.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS LEFT THE WAREHOUSE?
Yes, you can. Please contact DPD, DHL, FedEx or UPS in your country for any changes regarding your delivery address. As soon as you receive your tracking number in your confirmation email, you can go ahead and make the change. They are fully responsible for the delivery after the items have left our warehouse.
